Capture the timeless magic of a European winter with this exquisite vintage porcelain holiday collector's plate from Bavaria, Germany. Dated 1994, this annual Christmas edition (Weihnachten) features a breathtaking, highly detailed landscape scene rendered in iconic, deep cobalt blue and crisp snow-white tones.

The center of the plate showcases the picturesque St. Lawrence Church (Kirche St. Laurentius) tucked into the snowy, alpine lakeside village of Rottach-Egern along Lake Tegernsee. Shimmering stars light up a dramatic evening sky over the rolling mountains, evoking a quiet, peaceful Christmas Eve.

The back of the plate features a genuine gold and green crown maker's stamp from the acclaimed Porzellanmalerei Leni Parbus studio in Oberkotzau, Bavaria. It also features elegant German script specifying the location and certifying the use of "Echt Kobalt" (Genuine Cobalt) glaze. Fitted with an integrated hanging loop on the reverse side, this beautiful cabinet piece comes ready to accent any traditional holiday display, gallery wall, or fine porcelain collection.
